Barangaroo South is the first Australian precinct to be awarded a WELL Community Certification at Platinum Level – the highest level achievable. It recognises our innovative approach to supporting health and wellbeing through inclusive, integrated, and resilient communities. Barangaroo South is a 100% carbon neutral precinct which sets the benchmark for sustainable living at One Sydney Harbour. The revolutionary crystal-like façade of the towers reflects the changing moods of the harbour while controlling thermal comfort. Natural ventilation, greater access to natural light and solar panels installed across the precinct all contribute to reduced energy consumption. Innovative design features further enhance One Sydney Harbour's sustainable ethos including state-of-the-art waste management facilities which enable food waste to be disposed of effortlessly to be delivered for processing into green energy.
